New Patient Here!! The entire Team was friendly and helpful and informative. The new patient process was efficient, not a pile of papers - a quick few minutes on my phone and we were on our way. Dr. Tanur was great at explaining the processes he uses and reviewed all possible outcomes, extremely knowledgeable and comforting. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. The office staff is pleasant and friendly. The doctors are professional, friendly, and caring. The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire process as soon as I walked through the door. And Dr. Ovadia discussed all the details step by step in a kind, courteous, professional manner. For this being my first time here I was definitely tense going in but I left with my thoughts at ease after having a tremendous experience. I always have a great experience with Dr. Tanur and his team.  Dr. Tanur always spends time explaining the plan and alternatives as well as why certain things need to be done and what to expect in the end. Met Dr. Tanur today for my first appointment. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He explained the procedures needed for me in a way that was clear, concise and in a way that I could understand. I am no longer apprehensive about going to the Dentist...I also appreciated his kindly and gentle demeanor. I aim looking forward to being under his care. I have been going to Dr. Eduardo Tanur for close to ten years.  I have had an implant and two extractions done by him.  There are not enough accolades to express how much I like him and his practice.  Everyone from the front desk on is by far the friendliest practice I have ever gone to. Today was my first visit here @ dallas periodontal associates!! My appointment was with doctor ovadia he is very professional and help me to get a treatment for my gums!! At was pretty preoccupied but he help me ease up with his explanation i booked my surgery next Tuesday so pray for me !! I believe it's not going to be that bad so   I hope i can be ready to work the next day!! I started seeing Dr. Ovadia last year for gum recession and underwent a gum graft surgery. He did an excellent job, and I now alternate my teeth cleanings between here and my dentist. What an amazing experience from start to finish. The new‑patient appointment coordinator, Dr. Eduardo Tanur, and the scheduling coordinator were all extremely helpful and genuinely caring. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I got lost trying to find the office, they called to check on me and even sent someone outside to help me find my way. The dentist had such a warm and positive attitude that it immediately made me feel comfortable.
